STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. All our products are hand-made and no preservatives were added by us during making them. This, however, does not mean that some ingredients within - such as jams, dry fruits, raisins etc. - could not contain some preservatives inside. 
2. The expiry dates shown on our products are for reference only. Although the products should normally be still in good condition even well over such dates, in case of due to unforeseen circumstances - such as exposure to high-temperatures, moisture, dirt, etc - they get spoiled before such dates reached, Loumerre Bakery C&C can't take responsibility for such. You are still free to contact us and let us know what happens, and we'll do what we can to provide the best service to you in a case by case basis, we can't guarantee any concrete action. 
3. In case of ordering online, we will do our best to fullfill the order in a timely manner, but in case some product is temporarily unavailable or we can't meet your delivery time requirements, Loumerre Bakery C&C reserves the right to cancel the order. In case of cancellation, if payment was already made, all received funds will be fully returned.
4. We do our best to package our products in the safest possible way for delivery via 7-11/Family Mart, but Loumerre Bakery C&C is not taking any responsibility of any damages occuring during such delivery.
